Call Your Bookstore This Week
If you intend to buy a copy of Clay's book at your local bookstore, please call them THIS WEEK to put a copy on hold. This will alert the associates to interest in the book and allow them to preorder additional copies so that there are plenty on hand on the 16th. We have heard several reports of local stores only having 8-10 on order, so calling NOW gives them time to request more, ensuring there will be some available for purchase AND for display.

Several subscribers have inquired whether Media Play stores report to the NYT list and Bookscan. It appears that Media Play stores are affiliated with Musicland and report to both. Clay Aiken Holiday Special on DVD
Amazon.com confirms that a DVD of Clay's NBC Christmas special will be available on December 14. The DVD will include extras not shown on television and is available for pre-ordering at amazon.com.
Clay on KIIS FM, Los Angeles
Tonight on KIIS FM, JoJo is playing interviews with Clay and other celebrities who attended yesterday's McDonald's World Children's Day Fundraiser in Los Angeles. JoJo's show broadcasts 7-11PM (PST) from 102.7 KIIS-FM in Los Angeles. The station streams online at kiisfm.com.
Interview with Angela Fisher
CNN is happy to announce that later this week we will be publishing an interview with Angela Fisher, the dynamic vocalist who sang with Clay on the Independent tour, his recent solo tour, and recorded vocals on his Christmas Album, MERRY CHRISTMAS WITH LOVE.
CNN had a chance to talk with Angela recently as she was preparing for rehearsals for the Joyful Noise tour with Clay. She spoke with us about her upcoming EP release CLEF NOTES and the recent tours, as well as what it's like to work with Clay.
Angela's new EP is a combined CD/DVD which includes 5 new songs from Angela plus music videos. The DVD also includes behind the scenes video and interviews -- one of which includes an appearance from Clay!

Airplay Update - Holiday Music
Some stations are beginning to play Holiday music, or even switch over to an all-holiday format. Please listen to your local stations and, when they start their holiday programming, call and ask if they have Clay's new Christmas album. Request a song from the album, or "The First Noel" or "Silver Bells" w/Kim Locke from last year. If they're receptive, you could let them know about the Christmas special, too.
The Delilah Show
The Delilah show reaches over six million listeners every week night on Adult Contemporary stations in most areas. She specializes in romantic and inspirational dedications and you can call in your requests at 1-888-6DELILAH between 7pm-midnight, or email her at d@delilah.com.

Please note that DELILAH DOES NOT LIKE STREET TEAMS. Be friendly and keep it simple. Do not talk about airplay, playlists or spins. She does not want to hear how great Clay is. Delilah is all about sentiment, family, friends, love and God. Don't be discouraged if she doesn't play your request or replaces your song with another. IWCY is a great song for her show and even if she doesn't play it every time, she'll take note of the requests.
